| Various Song Dedications ^^
Here's a song or five that you could put on The Foxglove Love Song Section. The first one is "January" by Elton John from the CD,The Big Picture. It has a sunny, airy, sweetand bubbly melody with a bit of a pop (a song or a Seven-Up ad? You decide! ;)) and the lyrics sound as if Foxy herself wrote them,it's perfect! The second song is "(I bless the wings) that bring you back" by The Moody Blues from the CD, Keys to the Kingdom.A strong, moving rock love song. The third and fourth songs are again from Elton's The Big Picture:the title track and "Love's got a lot to answer for". Not a love song per se,but a ballad that fits in perfectly with the spirit of J.A.M's new Consummation Tangent story when it's posted. And last but not least, that timeless romantic classic, "Why don't we do it on the road" by The Beatles. Just kidding. ;D May the muses smile upon you. :)
Howdy, love the site! 3 songs come to mind for this blessed couple.
1. Nobody Does It Better by Carly Simon for The Spy Who Loved Me
2. The theme for the latest Zorro movie with Anthony Hopkins
3. In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins
Although I see Elton John is already well represented in the 'Song Suggestions ' list of the Foxglove page, I offer another: "The One":
And all I ever needed was the one
Like freedom feels where wild horses run.
When stars collide like you and I
No shadows block the sun.
You're all I ever needed
Babe you're the one
Cheerie bye bye!!!
